Mr. Fantes has 13 years of experience between the financial and real estate sectors, which has served as a fundamental basis for the development of Capitaliza. His experience is based on banking as a Corporate Financial Advisor in Bolívar Banco in the city of Caracas, Venezuela, and in the real estate area, both residential and commercial, in the state of Florida U.S. He also worked with Fortune International Realty, and then with The Agency Real Estate, where he worked alongside developers in the revitalization of multifamily housing complexes and in the creation of urban development strategies in various institutional transactions.
Principal & Co-Founder
With more than 16 years of experience in consumer banking and investment services, Alejandro has participated in the management of investment portfolios in Citibank, Bank of America and Wells Fargo & Company, therefore, he is in charge of sales, distribution and relationships with individual and institutional investors in the international capital markets of the company. With an MBA from McCoy College of Business Administration at Texas State University, he undeniably offers extensive knowledge, sufficient experience, and a high professional level so that clients feel full confidence in Capitaliza, in order to achieve the best advantages and opportunities at the time of investing.
Director of Operations – Partner
Mauricio has a Business Administration Degree from Florida International University in Miami. He worked as Acquisition Director for Grupo Etienne in Bolivia, where he was involved in the construction of over 300 single family homes, as well as the planning, design, and construction of liquid gas distribution centers, a gas extraction plant and the biggest public cable transportation system in the world in the past years. Mauricio is currently partner and Acquisitions Director for Capitaliza, sharing the mission, vision, and values of the firm.
Director of Marketing
A graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she graduated with a degree in Psychology and Marketing, Victoria has over 5 years of experience in the development of media strategies and management solutions; her approach has been based on the implementation of tactics that help her clients increase knowledge of the brand, as well as detect and consolidate potential clients. She is currently in charge of supervising, creating and deciding on all the marketing content in Capitaliza.
International Director of Public Relations
A graduate of the Miami International University of Art & Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts specializing in Interior Design, Gonzalez has over 20 years of experience in the area of design, she also worked in publishing companies and newspapers both private and institutional in the public relations department. Now she is dedicated to the consolidation and projection of the image of the organization, also focused on humanizing the values of Capitaliza, in order to generate excellent corporate and institutional communication with clients and media.
Mr. Hoffman started in real estate buying distressed debt from banks. He was in charge of the subscription, acquisition, and disposition of loan portfolios throughout the U.S., for Northland Equity Management, a distressed debt fund. After this type of market decreased, he spent 5 years working with Fortune International Realty, in Miami, FL. He built relationships with local developers and private equity funds to find and acquire land for development. Taking advantage of these relationships, Benjamin continued working as a procurement consultant. His clients appreciate the data-driven approach he takes to obtain real estate opportunities.
Mr. Olivo offers more than 30 years of experience in Financial Management, Accounting Control, and General Management. He structured professional teams of between 38 and 480 employees, as well supervised and controlled the successive investment plans, control and financial reports. During his time as Corporate Controller of the Provincial Group, he managed the financial report for the headquarters of the BBVA Group of Spain in Venezuela. In addition, he has 12 years of experience with Price Waterhouse Cooper (as External Auditor), Corporate Vice President of Administration and Finance of the National Insurance of Panama and Central America, and ODG Consulting Pty Ltd., a consulting firm in the financial area and control, as a Managing Partner in ODG Consulting, SA. Mr. Olivo offers a variety of experience in financial management, administrative control, and accounting, along with a solid academic background.
Regional Director of Mexico
Mr. Huizi has over 4 years of experience in Business Planning and Analysis in the pharmaceutical multinational Novartis. Then, worked in a brokerage firm as FX trader, trading over 150 million dollars. During the last 10 years, has funded and directed successful companies in the personal care industry, in various Latam countries. He has earned degrees in Business Administration, Financial Engineering, and Management. Rafael is in charge of sales, distribution and relationships for the Mexico area.
Regional Director of North & Central America
With a BS in Finance from Florida Atlantic University, Diego has more than five years of experience in Real Estate sales and management. He leads numerous transactions, actively represents clients all over Central America and the U.S., and conducted many commercial and residential construction projects in South Florida. Diego’s expertise consists in identify areas for financial growth within properties and review property-level financial statements.
Regional Director for the South Cone
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Bolivian Catholic University and nearly 20 years of experience in strategic, operational and financial leadership, Ostoic has distinguished on implementation of innovative solutions. During one of his last works as Integral Manager of Inversions, he managed more than $1,800M of the Smart City project in Nueva Santa Cruz, Bolivia; including planning and execution of the business strategy and coordination of the project’s multi-disciplinary team. Currently he also successfully presides the Directory of Patria S.A. Brokers and Insurance Advisors.
